Company detail updates can't be made directly in CashFlow Central - these need to be managed from your ADP RUN account. This guide walks you through how to update your company details in ADP RUN and ensure the changes are reflected in CashFlow Central.
Updating your company details
1- In your CashFlow Central dashboard, select the Settings icon in the left sidebar.
2- Under Company settings, you will see a prompt to edit your profile details from your ADP settings. Return to your ADP RUN account to continue.
3- In your ADP RUN account, navigate to Settings.
4- In the Settings Menu, select Company info.
6- In the Company Details screen, navigate to the company details you would like to update.
The information in Company details that gets shared to CashFlow Central includes the Company LEGAL name and address.
7- Select Edit on the right-hand side of the relevant section.
8- Update the company details as needed.
9- Scroll down and select Save.
10- Close your CashFlow Central browser tab.
11- Open a new tab and relaunch your CashFlow Central account. Your updated address will now be reflected.
If you change your company's legal address, you are required to complete Form 8822-B and submit it to the IRS. You should also notify your state tax agencies of the change.
That's it! You have successfully updated your company details in ADP RUN. The changes will now be reflected in your CashFlow Central account.
