Update your vendor’s check delivery address to ensure payments arrive at the correct location on time and avoid unnecessary delays.
Whether you are in the middle of setting up a new payment or need to correct a payment you just scheduled, you can update the check delivery address easily.

Update the check address while creating a payment
If you notice an incorrect address while setting up a payment, you can fix it before confirming.
1 - Start making your payment as usual by selecting the vendor and entering the amount.
2 - When you reach the What your vendor receives section, look for the dropdown menu showing your delivery methods.
3 - Select Manage delivery methods. This opens a window with all available options for that vendor.
4 - Locate the Paper check delivery method in the list and select Edit next to it.
5 - Update the street address, city, state, and zip code in the provided fields.
6 - Select Save. The delivery address for the check will be automatically updated.
7 - Continue with the rest of your payment setup and select Confirm and pay to finish.
Update the check address for a scheduled payment
If you have already scheduled a payment but realized the check is going to the wrong place, you can update it as long as the payment has not yet been processed.
You can only update the check delivery address if the payment status is still Scheduled. If the payment status is In Progress, the check is already being handled, and the address cannot be changed.
1 - Navigate to the Payments tab to view your scheduled payments.
2 - Find the specific payment you need to update and select View payment next to it.
3 - In the Payment and bill details window, select Edit payment.
4 - Find the What your vendor receives section, and look for the dropdown menu showing your delivery methods.
5 - Select Manage delivery methods. This opens a window with all available options for that vendor.
6 - Locate the Paper check delivery method in the list and select Edit next to it.
7 - Update the street address, city, state, and zip code in the provided fields.
8 - Select Save. The delivery address for the check will be automatically updated.
9 - Review the payment details one last time to ensure the new address is reflected, then save your changes to the scheduled payment.
