A check number is only generated once the paper check has been printed and sent out. If you chose a paper check as your delivery method, here's how to find the check number:
1- Enter your CashFlow Central account.
2- Go to Pay at the top of the dashboard.
3- Select the Payments tab.
4- Find the desired check payment. Select View Payment.
6- On the right, the Payment and Bill details screen will open.
7- In the Payments and bill details screen, scroll down to the Delivery method section. Here you will find the paper check number and the delivery address.
That's it! You can now easily locate check numbers for any of your completed check payments directly from your CashFlow Central account.

Synced with QuickBooks Online? If you sync CashFlow Central with QuickBooks Online, the paper check number will appear on the BILL PAYMENT in QuickBooks Online.
