It's easy to find answers to many questions in our help center. Our guides are organized into intuitive categories for easy browsing, while the search bar at the top of the home page helps you find specific information quickly.

Contact us via chat support

Our chat support tool is available to help you find answers quickly and efficiently. The chat widget provides instant access to relevant help center articles and self-service options to resolve common issues.

You can access the chat from your Cashflow Central dashboard by following these steps:

1- In the Cashflow Central dashboard, select the support bubble at the bottom of the left sidebar.

2- Under the Contact Us section, select Start a Chat to launch the support window on the right side of your screen, where you can browse relevant help center articles for self-service.

If you need additional assistance beyond the self-service options, the chat will create an email ticket for follow-up. Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours during our operating hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM EST, excluding Federal Holidays). Alternatively, you can find help resources in our help center. 

Requesting a callback

If you prefer speaking directly with our team, you can request a callback, and a support associate will contact you during our operating hours to address your needs.

Callback support is available Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST. Closed on Federal Holidays.

You can access the chat from your Cashflow Central dashboard by following these steps:

1- In the Cashflow Central dashboard, select the support bubble at the bottom of the left sidebar.

2- Under the Contact Us section, select Request a callback to get a phone call from a customer success associate.

3- Fill in the Request a callback form with your contact details.

4- Select Submit request when you're done.

Send us a request through the help center

You can also submit a question directly through our help center by selecting Submit a question at the top of the help center page.

This will create an email ticket for follow-up. Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours during our operating hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM EST, excluding Federal Holidays).
