Exploring the CashFlow Central dashboards

CashFlow Central helps you manage vendor payments, track bills, send invoices, and organize your financial workflows in one centralized location. This guide introduces you to the main areas of your dashboards so you can easily navigate and find what you need.

Key dashboard features

Left sidebar menu

The left sidebar menu allows you to navigate between different dashboards.

  • Pay icon: Access the Pay dashboard, the accounts payable dashboard, where you can send funds and manage your vendors.
  • Get paid icon: Access the Get paid dashboard, the accounts receivable dashboard, where you can receive funds and send invoices.
  • Settings icon: Access your account configuration options.
  • Support icon: Access your support options.
  • Profile icon: Access your profile settings or sign out of your account.

Dashboard view

The main screen displays the dashboard you selected from the left sidebar menu. Each dashboard has its own tabs and features designed for specific tasks.

Pay dashboard

Your Pay dashboard is organized into four main tabs and top right-hand navigation buttons, each serving a specific purpose:

Top right-hand navigation buttons

  • +New Payment button: Quick access to create payments from any tab.
  • Sync icon: Allows you to sync with your accounting software. An optional sync feature lets you connect CashFlow Central with your existing accounting software for automatic data syncing. Select the sync button to connect your account with accounting software to automatically sync payments and ensure accurate financial records.

Vendors tab

This is where you'll find all your vendor information. You can view your vendor list, add new vendors, and see payment history for each vendor.

Bills tab

This displays all your bills in one place. You can see upcoming, current, and overdue bills, plus create new bills or import them from invoice files.

Approvals tab

If your account uses approval workflows, this is where you'll review and approve pending payments before they're processed.

Payments tab

This shows all your completed and scheduled payments. You can track payment status, download reports, and view payment details.

Search and filters

Each tab includes search bars and filter options to help you quickly find specific vendors, bills, or payments. You'll find comprehensive instructions in our guide.

Get paid dashboard

Your Get paid dashboard is organized into two main tabs and top right-hand navigation buttons:

  • Support button: Select this to access the support options.
  • Sync button: Allows you to sync with your accounting software. An optional sync feature lets you connect Get Paid with your existing accounting software for automatic data syncing. Select the sync button to connect your account with accounting software to automatically sync invoices and ensure accurate financial records.
  • +Create invoice button: Quick access to create invoices.

Invoices tab

This shows all your invoices and their information. Here you can track the status, due dates, and amounts of all your invoices. By selecting the 3 dots next to each listed invoice, you can access the action menu for each invoice.

Customers tab

This shows all your customers and the details of the invoices for each customer. By selecting the 3 dots next to each listed customer, you can access the action menu for each customer.

Search and filters

Each tab includes search bars and filter options to help you quickly find specific invoices or customers. You'll find comprehensive instructions in our guide.

Settings

Here you can navigate the Settings menu. This includes your profile and company settings, you can manage your approval workflows, add and manage payment and receiving methods, and access your invoice settings. Use the left-hand settings menu to navigate between sections.
