What can you pay with CashFlow Central?

CashFlow Central allows you to pay your bills with just a few clicks. All your bills can be paid from your CashFlow Central dashboard without having to switch between platforms. With CashFlow Central, there are some business bills you can pay, and some you cannot pay. To find out more, please see the list below.

The most important thing to remember is that both the payer and the payee must be businesses. You can only use CashFlow Central to pay other businesses, not individuals or personal accounts.

✅ Business bills you CAN pay with PRODUCT NAME

You can pay any B2B (business-to-business) payment, like:

  • Taxes
  • Utilities
  • SaaS & app-based expenses
  • Franchising and operating expenses
  • Legal expenses
  • Accounting & bookkeeping expenses
  • Freelancers/1099 contractors
  • Inventory, raw materials, and supplies
  • Professional services
  • Maintenance services
  • Donations
  • Employee reimbursements
  • Rent (when your landlord is a business, not an individual)
  • Credit card debt (not with a credit card)
  • Loan payments (not with a credit card)
  • Mortgage payments (not with a credit card)
  • Pre-payments (only with ACH)
 

⛔ Bills you CAN'T pay with PRODUCT NAME

You cannot pay any B2B (business-to-business) payment, like:

  • Personal payments (i.e., payments for a non-business entity)
  • Card network-specific restrictions
  • Payments from prepaid cards
  • Balance transfers (paying a credit card balance with a different credit card)
  • Cash advances: payments from a credit card to a business owner, to the business from its owner, or to another entity in which the cardholder controls or has interests. This is also extended to household members and relations.
  • Payroll transactions (though freelancers and contractors are supported)
  • Pharmaceuticals, including those for animals
  • Flammables
  • Explosives
