You can cancel the payment up until it’s processed. At this stage, it has a status of ‘Scheduled’. When the status changes to ‘In progress’, you can no longer cancel it.
Here's how to cancel a payment:
1 - Go to the Payments tab.
2 - Find the payment you want to cancel with a Scheduled status.
3 - Select a three-dot icon next to the payment.
4 - Select Cancel payment in the actions menu.
5 - In the pop-up window, confirm the action by selecting Cancel payment.
That's it. The payment is successfully cancelled and deleted from your Payments tab. You'll receive an email notification that your payment has been canceled. The bill then returns to the Bills tab. You can reschedule, edit, mark it as paid, or delete it.
