With CashFlow Central, your vendors can email invoices directly to a unique email address linked to your account. When a bill is sent to this address, it automatically appears in your Bills tab - ready for you to review and pay.

How to find your CashFlow Central email address
You can locate your unique CashFlow Central email in two places:
From Settings
1- Select Settings from the left sidebar.
2- Under the Company section, select Sync and import.
3- Scroll down to find the Pay Bills email section.
4- Select the Copy email button to copy the email address to your clipboard.
That's it! The email address is now copied to your clipboard. You can use it or share it with your vendors.
From the Bills tab
You can also find the CashFlow Central email directly in the Bills tab.
1- Select the Bills tab in your Pay dashboard.
2- On the right of the Bills tab, locate "Forward bills by email".
3- Hover over the "by email" link and click. A pop-up will appear with your unique CashFlow Central email address.
4- Select the Copy email button.
That's it! The email address is now copied to your clipboard. You can use it or share it with your vendors.
Sharing guidelines for vendors
To ensure invoices are scanned and added correctly to your CashFlow Central inbox, ask your vendors to follow these rules when emailing invoices:
- One invoice per file (no multiple invoices in one PDF).
- The file must be attached in an accepted format: PDF, JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
- Maximum file size: 10MB.
What happens after a bill is emailed
Once your vendor sends an invoice to your CashFlow Central email:
- The invoice will appear automatically in the Bills tab.
- It will be marked with a "Bill inbox" tag, indicating it came via email.
How to review the bills that arrive via email
When bills arrive via email, they are automatically imported to your Bills tab by the system's scanning technology. However, it's important that you review these bills before paying them to ensure the automated data extraction was accurate and no information is missing or incorrect.
1- In the Bills tab, select Review next to the bill to see the bill details.
2- Here, you can review and update any bill information as needed.
If we can't extract all the necessary details from the invoice, you'll need to fill them out manually.
3- When you're ready, choose one of the following options:
- Select Save and pay to pay the bill right away.
- Use More actions to:
- Save changes and pay later
- Delete the bill
That's it! You can now start using your CashFlow Central email to receive invoices directly to your CashFlow Central account.
