Track the progress of your payment

Once you understand the timelines for different payment and delivery methods, this guide will help you track your payments as soon as the funds have been collected.

Payment journey

Payments have a very linear journey:

1- When you upload a bill, it appears in your Bills tab.

2- After you schedule a future payment, it moves to the Payments tab with the status set to Scheduled.

3- When we collect the funds on the scheduled debit date, the payment status changes to In Progress.

4- When the payment is sent to the vendor, the status changes to Paid.

5- If the payment is unsuccessful, the status will change to Failed.

When the payment status changes to In progress, the details under Payment activity help you monitor the rest of the journey. The Payment activity is displayed in the Payment and bill details.

Viewing the payment activity

You can view the payment progress by following these steps:

1- Select the Payments tab.

2- Locate the desired payment you wish to view.

3- Either select View Payment or click on the payment to view the Payment and Bill details.

4- The payment progress will appear under the Payment activity.

Payment progress

There are three stages of payment progress:

1- Debited: The money was collected from your account.

2- Sent/In transit: The payment is being processed.

For payments that are paid, these stages will appear together.

3- Deposited: The money has been successfully delivered to the vendor's account. Additionally, when a payment is cleared and reaches the Deposited stage, a Paid status will be shown in the Payment activity.
