What you see on your bank statement
When you pay vendors via bank transfer, your bank statement will display the vendor's company name along with the invoice number. This helps you easily reconcile your expenses.

What your vendors see on their bank statement
When your vendors receive payments via bank deposit, your company's name, along with the invoice number (if provided), will appear on their bank statement. This way, they can easily identify the payment.

Credit card payments
What you see on your credit card statement
When you pay vendors with a credit card, your statement will display Melio along with the vendor's company name.

Paper check payments
What your vendors see on their paper check
When your vendors receive payment via paper check, the check displays:
- Pay to the order of: Vendor's name
- Payer information: Your business name and information
- Payee information: Vendor's company name and information
Memo line: Invoice number (this appears automatically), plus any additional memo information you added when creating the payment
