CashFlow Central lets you change your mind and edit the details of a payment even after you schedule it.
Note that if the payment has already been collected, contact our support team to cancel it.
How to change the payment details of the scheduled payment
1 - Go to the Payments tab.
2 - Find the payment you want to edit. Its status should be Scheduled.
You can edit the payment details up until it’s processed. When the status changes to “In process”, you can no longer edit it.
3 - Select View payment.
4 - In the Payment and bill details window, select Edit payment.
5 - On the Edit payment screen, change the payment details:
- Payment method
- Delivery method
- Delivery date (speed)
- Memo to vendor
- Vendor email
Once done, select Save changes at the bottom right.
That’s it. You successfully changed the payment details. A confirmation screen will appear.
