Filters in CashFlow Central help you easily manage your payments, bills, and vendors by letting you narrow down what you see based on different criteria. You can apply filters to find specific information quickly, whether you're looking for payments within a certain timeframe, bills with particular characteristics, or vendors that meet specific criteria.
To access filters, select the Filter button next to the search bar in any tab.
Additionally, you can use the search tools to refine your results further.

How to use filters
Different tabs offer different filter options based on the type of information you're viewing. The Payments tab includes filters for payment status, date ranges, delivery methods, and payment frequency. The Approvals tab lists all awaiting approvals. The Bills tab offers filters for creation date, due date, and bill type. The Vendors tab provides filters for delivery methods and vendor categorization.
1- Navigate to the tab you want to filter (Payments, Bills, or Vendors).
2- Select the Filter button next to the search bar.
3- Choose the filter criteria you want to apply from the options available.
4- For date-based filters, you can choose from predefined date ranges or select a Custom date range for more specific searches.
5- When using custom date ranges, you can filter from a specific date to today, up to a specific date, or between two specific dates.
6- Select your desired filter options. Your results will update automatically to show only items matching your criteria.
That's it! You can now filter your payments, bills, and vendors to find exactly what you need.
Applying multiple filters
You can apply several filters at once to narrow down your results precisely.
1- Select the Filter button.
2- Choose your first filter option.
3- Add additional filters as needed by selecting more criteria.
4- All selected filters will appear below the Filter button, showing you which filters are currently active.
5- Your results will display only items that match all selected filter criteria.
That's it! You can now combine multiple filters for precise results.
How to clear filters
To remove a single filter: Select the X next to the active filter you want to remove.
To remove all filters: Select Clear filters to remove all active filters at once and return to the unfiltered view.
