A payment ID is a unique identifier assigned to each payment transaction in CashFlow Central. Its main purpose is to allow systems and teams to uniquely reference, track, and reconcile specific payments. It distinguishes one payment from another—even if they have similar amounts or dates.
You may be asked for your payment ID if you need to track or investigate a payment with customer support. Follow the steps below to learn how to find your payment ID.
1- Enter your CashFlow Central account.
2- Select Pay from the left sidebar.
3- Select the Payments tab.
4- Find the desired payment. Select the payment to open the Payment details. Alternatively, you can select View payment.
5- On the right, the Payment and Bill details screen will open.
6- You will find the payment ID listed under the payment amount.
That's it! You have found the payment ID for your specific payment. You can use this ID to track, investigate, or manage a payment.
