How to send reminders about unpaid invoices to customers

In CashFlow Central, it’s easy to send the invoice reminders to your customers. 

This article will guide you through a few simple steps to do so:

1 - Sign in to your CashFlow Central account.

2 - Select Get Paid on the left sidebar. 

3 - Select the Invoices tab.

4 - Find the invoice you want to send a reminder for in the list.

5 - Select the three-dot icon on the right side. 

6 - In the drop-down menu, select Send reminder.

7 - The Send reminder screen will open. To send a reminder to your customer via email, select Share Invoice at the bottom right. 

Please note: 

  • You can customize the email's text. To do so, select Customize email.

  • You can copy a payment link and share it with your customer. To do so, select Share a payment link. Then, select the Copy icon to copy the link.

That’s it. Your customer will receive a reminder about the payment.
